Culture

What we believe, and how we work.

01

Origin

Corentiq was founded after fifteen years inside the planning rooms, the go-lives, and the recoveries of global supply chains. We watched the same gap repeat itself in industry after industry — strategy decks landing on operations that did not have the experience, the room, or the pace to absorb them. The slides were elegant. The operations were exhausted.

We established Corentiq to close that gap — not by producing further frameworks, but by placing practitioners at the centre of the work. Our partners and directors have run the operations they now advise on, and remain engaged until the result is sustained. Building a practitioner-led advisory firm to this standard is demanding. In a market shaped by leverage models, junior delivery pyramids, and short engagements, we have deliberately chosen a different approach. Done well, it offers clients something the current market rarely provides: practitioner judgment that is present, accountable, and durable. That is the firm we are building.

This page lays out what we believe and how we work — our mission, our vision, our values, and the kind of partnership we are here for. Our culture is deliberate. It will not be for everyone. If what follows resonates, you will likely thrive working with us, or alongside us. If it does not, we are probably not the right partner.

02

Mission

Corentiq's mission is to build supply chains that perform reliably — not in documentation, but in the way they operate under the most demanding conditions.

We are a mission-focused firm. We exist to give operators the experience, the judgment, and the continuity their boards expect of them, and to leave behind operations that hold long after we walk out.

03

Vision

Corentiq's vision is a world where industrial operations are led by people who have actually run them. Where practitioner judgment is the standard, not the upgrade. Where outcomes are owned, not handed over.

We see a future where the distance between advice and accountability closes — where the people advising on a transformation are the same people sitting inside it on the day it goes live. We intend to be the firm that closes that gap, and to do it across the operations the world actually depends on: food, medicine, energy, mobility, defence.

04

Values

Our values are deliberately few and deliberately demanding. They define how we hire, how we engage, and the standard we hold ourselves to on every piece of work. They are commitments to our clients before they are anything else.

These are the three principles you can hold us to.

  1. 01

    Practitioner delivery, without exception

Every engagement is led and delivered by partners and directors. The people you meet in the first conversation are the same people inside your operation, taking the decisions, and accountable for the outcome.

  2. 02

    Embedded in the operation

We work alongside the people responsible for the result — in the planning rooms, operational control rooms, and through cutovers. We share the workload with your team and provide a direct, considered view at the moment the plan needs to change.

  3. 03

    Accountable for what holds

We measure our work on what remains three, six, and twelve months after we leave. An engagement is complete when the operation owns the result — not when the final document is delivered.

05

Conclusion

I am hopeful that this page makes clear what Corentiq is for, and what it is not. We are a mission-focused firm, and clarity about how we work is what gives our team — and the clients who choose us — the confidence to make the highest-impact decisions together.

The next decade of supply chain will be defined by the firms that take operations seriously, and by the partners who remain engaged until the work is sustained. If you share that conviction — as a client, a collaborator, or a future partner — we would like to hear from you.
